Dave Collett

Dave Collett is a seasoned professional in the real estate and property tax services industry, currently serving as Senior Director at Ryan since January 2025, following the acquisition of Altus Group Property Tax Services. Prior to this role, Dave was with Altus Group from July 2018 to January 2025, holding positions as both Senior Director and Director in the Real Estate division. Previous experience includes serving as Associate Director at CVS Business Rent & Rates Specialists from August 2015 to July 2018, Senior Surveyor at DTZ from September 2006 to July 2015, and Commercial Surveyor at Howkins & Harrison LLP from September 2000 to September 2006, where general practice work was conducted across the commercial property spectrum. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Estate Management from Birmingham City University, completed in 2000.
