David Oldani

David Oldani currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ryan. David has over twenty years of experience in financial leadership positions, overseeing treasury operations, capital structures, financial risks, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions.

Oldani began their career in 1996 as an Associate at Société Générale. David then joined Wells Fargo in 1999 as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating and documenting credit facilities, leasing agreements, foreign exchange and interest rate hedging contracts, and other financial products and services.

In 2006, Oldani left Wells Fargo to join Dean Foods as Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer. At Dean Foods, they directed capital structure, financial risks, and treasury operations. David also facilitated mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leasing arrangements, financial reporting, cash flow analyses, and forecasting and modeling. Additionally, Oldani managed relationships with lending institutions, investment banks, credit rating agencies, and insurance companies. David regularly presented to Executive Management and the Board of Directors, reviewing financial results and offering strategic capital structure recommendations.

Oldani has been with Ryan since October 2012. In their current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, they are responsible forRyan's overall financial strategy. This includes financial planning and analysis, accounting and finance operations, tax compliance, treasury management, and investor relations.

David Oldani earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University in Finance and Accounting.

David Oldani reports to G. Brint Ryan, Chairman & CEO. They work with Chris Sant - Principal, Indirect Tax, Marykay Manning - SVP, Strategic Recruiting, and Jon Graham - President, Australian Operations.
