Jeff Arnott

Jeff Arnott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property tax, real estate appraisal, and market analysis. From 1997 to 2001, they served as a Property Tax Assessor with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, preparing and defending assessment valuations. They then held the position of Vice President and Managing Director at Altus Group from 2001 to 2024, leading a team of professionals in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. Currently, Jeff is a Principal at Ryan, continuing to leverage their expertise in the field. They hold a diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia.
