Jeff Nolan, CMI, currently serves as Principal at Ryan, a global tax services firm, since January 2013, following its acquisition of Thomson Reuters' National Property Tax Practice. Previously, Jeff held the position of Vice Chairman at the Arizona State Board of Appraisal from August 2012 to June 2015, appointed by Governor Brewer. Jeff's extensive career in property tax services includes leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Deloitte & Touche, where Jeff directed their respective Arizona offices. Jeff's foundational experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate Tax Services, Land Division Clerk, and Property Tax Appraiser at the Maricopa County Assessor's Office. The military service includes roles in the Army National Guard and the United States Air Force. Jeff holds a BA in Business Management and certifications in property tax appraisal from the Arizona Department of Revenue and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
