Jeffrey Miller is the Vice President, Legal & Division General Counsel at Ryan, LLC. Previously, they were the Managing Counsel - Litigation at Phillips 66 from 2021 to 2024, where they provided strategic legal advice and led a team on global litigation and compliance. Additionally, they served as Interim Chief Compliance Officer at Phillips 66 and held the role of Senior Counsel - Litigation at various organizations. With a strong academic background, Jeffrey has taught sports law at multiple law schools and has been involved in numerous internal investigations and compliance matters throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/English from Baylor University and a Doctor of Law from Cornell Law School.
