Jenny Batchelor

Jenny Batchelor is a tax partner with extensive experience in domestic and international tax matters, specializing in tax-efficient restructuring, acquisition structures, and AIM listings. They began their career as a corporate tax trainee at Arthur Andersen, later serving as a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte. Following their tenure at Deloitte, Jenny held the position of Tax Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP, leading the direct tax team in Bristol. They currently work as a Corporate Tax Principal at Ryan, leveraging their in-depth knowledge to help clients navigate complex tax challenges. Additionally, Jenny holds a BEng in Materials Engineering from the University of Leeds.
