Jesus Lechuga

Jesus Lechuga is a seasoned professional in real property tax, currently serving as the Director of Real Property Tax at Ryan since April 2019. With a progressive career, Jesus has held positions ranging from Senior Manager to Manager and Senior Consultant in Property Tax Commercial. Prior to joining Ryan, Jesus was the Commercial Supervisor for the City and County of Denver, where responsibilities included supervising real property appraisers and ensuring compliance with state valuation standards. Earlier roles include serving as Center Manager and Director of Seniors Program at Denver Inner City Parish, focusing on program management and staff development, and a summer internship as a Commercial Property Tax Consultant at Thomson Reuters, where valuation methods for commercial properties were utilized. Jesus holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, from the University of San Diego.
