Jon Sweet has extensive experience in leadership and strategic development, currently serving as President for Europe and Asia Pacific and Vice Chairman - Chief Market Strategy Officer at Ryan since December 2006. Prior to joining Ryan, Jon held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates from 1992 to 2006. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wheaton College, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1989.
