Jon Townsend

Jon Townsend is the Director of Data & Analytics at Ryan, where they lead high-impact data strategies and analytics initiatives. With a decade of experience, Jon has a strong background in steering cross-functional teams to achieve client success through data monetization and cloud architecture. Previously, Jon held key roles at Slalom, Paradigm Tax Group, and Microsoft, where they excelled in data analytics, project leadership, and mentoring consultants. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations with a minor in Economics at Texas A&M University.
