Jordan Near

Jordan Near is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ryan since June 2013, Jordan has held various roles including Senior Consultant and Manager, focusing on audit defense, refund recovery, and client tax inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating with government entities, validating refunds, filing claims, and managing project expectations. Previously, Jordan worked at the DeKalb Park District Sports and Recreation Center as a Facility Supervisor and gained foundational experience through internships at Ryan in Communications Transaction Tax and Sales and Use Tax. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University, earned in 2013.
