Kim Mock has a diverse professional background in both the culinary and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Ryan since February 2019, Kim has progressed through various roles including Lead Analyst and Senior Specialist in Product Support. Prior experience at Hellmuth & Johnson from January 2018 to January 2019 as a File Clerk involved assisting legal professionals, which refined organizational and software skills. Additionally, Kim worked as an Executive Pastry Chef at Bourbon Butcher from October 2016 to January 2018 and began a culinary career as a Pastry Assistant at Hells Kitchen in mid-2016.
