LaVada Rankin

LaVada Rankin is an experienced Senior Manager of Property Tax Commercial with a strong background in the commercial real estate industry, particularly in business personal property. They have demonstrated skills in negotiation, fixed assets, general ledger, and tax and exemptions. LaVada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Previously, they served as the Business Personal Property Supervisor at the Dallas Central Appraisal District from 1987 to 1999 before joining Ryan in 1999, where they continue to advance their expertise.
