Layla Jennings

Layla Jennings is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment efforts across diverse industries. Currently at Ryan since December 2024, Layla oversees a global recruiting team for a multidisciplinary organization serving over 32,000 clients worldwide. Previously, Layla held roles at Exeter Finance, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and advancing to Director of Talent Acquisition, where a focus on building relationships with thousands of franchised auto dealers facilitated vehicle ownership for many. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Client Services and Recruiting at COMTEK Group, and positions in independent recruitment and account management at Matrix Resources. Layla holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
