Leon Faulkner

Leon Faulkner is a Senior Manager of Innovation Funding at Ryan, where they manage grant applications for rural businesses. Currently self-employed as a Freelance Consultant in business and economic development, Leon has held various roles, including Tax Manager at INSPIRED and R&D and Grants Consultant at Inspired Corporate Advisory. Their experience includes serving as a Rural Policy Officer for DAERA, where they developed post-BREXIT funding schemes, and as a Rural Development Officer for both Derry City & Strabane District Council and Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, focusing on grant application management. Leon earned a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ulster University.
