Mary Lane Carleton

Mary Lane Carleton is a skilled Historic Preservation Consultant with nearly five years of experience dedicated to Historic Rehab Tax Credits and National Register nominations. They have collaborated with architecture firms and individual clients on diverse projects, managing tax credit applications and ensuring compliance with preservation standards while previously serving as the in-house Tax Credit consultant for Williams Architects. They hold a Master of Professional Studies in Historic Preservation from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia. Currently self-employed, Carleton seeks to expand their practice by developing new client relationships.
