Matt Lowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site selection and business incentives, currently serving as Principal at Ryan since March 2014. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at the University of South Florida Research Foundation, Inc., including Director and Senior Manager in Site Selection & Business Incentives, while also serving as a Board Member.
