Meghan Lerch

Meghan Lerch is a dedicated business operations leader with extensive experience in the retail industry, specializing in operational efficiency and customer experience enhancement. They have held significant roles at Target, including Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Director of Property Tax, where they successfully managed large budgets and drove initiatives that improved financial and operational metrics. Currently, Meghan serves as Senior Director of Property Tax at Ryan, following their time at Altus Group, where they launched a tax global service center. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College and have participated in the Washington Semester Program at American University.
