Michael Allen is currently a Principal and Northeast CRE Region Leader at Ryan, the largest full-service property tax consulting firm in the U.S. Previously, Michael was a Managing Consultant at Marvin F. Poer & Company, where they built the largest property tax consulting practice in the Mid Atlantic and generated significant tax savings for clients. Prior to this role, Michael managed the Mid Atlantic practice at Marvin F Poer & Company, successfully handling several billion dollars in commercial real estate assessment appeals. Michael holds a Master's and LLB in English and International Law from the University of Cambridge, graduating in the top 5%.
