Previously, Michael held the role of Director in International Income Tax, focusing on foreign withholding tax recoveries and European Union dividend income tax claims. Michael has a proven track record in US and non-US tax compliance, having acted as an interim tax controller and managed corporate reorganizations for Fortune 500 companies. Prior roles include Managing Director at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, where Michael developed medical office buildings and facilitated physician partnerships, and Payroll Accounting Manager at Lincoln Financial Group, overseeing payroll accounting for a national broker network. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.
