Michael Owen

Michael Owen is an experienced property tax consultant currently serving as the Director of Property Tax at Ryan since March 2010, specializing in assessment appeal services for commercial real estate along the Atlantic Coast, with a focus on Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager at Pesner Kawamoto Conway, where Michael practiced estate planning, family law, real estate, and corporate law. Additional experience includes working as a Law Clerk at Crowgey & Grossman, engaged in various legal specialties, and as a Law Clerk Intern at the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia.
