Michael Schmidt

Michael Schmidt is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in FP&A at Ryan since November 2022, Michael previously held the position of FP&A Manager at Hi-Rez Studios from March 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, Michael worked at Baker Hughes from July 2019 to March 2022, progressing through roles including FP&A Manager for Upstream Chemicals and Lead Finance Specialist for Petrochemicals, as well as completing the ASPIRE Finance Associate program, which focuses on leadership development in corporate finance. Earlier experience includes a financial planning and analysis internship at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and a telemarketing role for a State Farm Insurance Agent. Michael also served as Vice President of Finance for Sigma Phi Epsilon Louisiana Beta during 2017. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2019.
