Nick Fogle

Nick Fogle is a Principal in Commercial Real Estate Tax at Ryan, where they leverage extensive industry knowledge to serve clients effectively. Previously, they held the role of Senior Director for the West Region at Paradigm Tax Group, driving revenue and saving clients over $13 million in tax liabilities over five years. Nick has also served as the CA Market Leader and San Francisco Geo Leader/Principal at Paradigm, working with major clients such as Bank of America and Facebook. They began their career in commercial real estate as a broker at Cornish & Carey Commercial and completed an internship at NAI/MLG Commercial. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.
