Randy Harmer

Randy Harmer has extensive experience in property tax management and real estate appraisal, currently serving as Senior Manager of Property Tax Commercial at Ryan since August 2021, after progressing through roles as Manager and Senior Consultant in the same department. Prior to this, Randy worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Analyst II at the Orange County Property Appraiser in Florida from April 2019 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Clayton, Roper & Marshall from June 2011 to April 2019. Randy Harmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2006 and 2009.
