Richard Cooper

Richard Cooper has extensive experience in transfer pricing, currently serving as Principal - Transfer Pricing at Ryan since November 2025. Previously, Richard held multiple roles at RSM US LLP from July 2015 to October 2025, including Global Transfer Pricing Leader and Senior Manager. Prior to RSM, Richard worked at Staples as Transfer Pricing Senior Manager from November 2010 to July 2015, and at EY as Manager, Transfer Pricing from November 2007 to November 2010. Richard's career began at Deloitte, where responsibilities included Senior Analyst and Assistant Tax Manager. Richard holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Durham University. Additionally, Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
