Rob Bacher, FSA, CFA, EA, FCA, is a strategic and results-oriented Total Rewards and HR executive with over 25 years of global experience in compensation and benefits strategy, equity management, and HR systems. Currently, Rob serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at Ryan, overseeing compensation, benefits, and wellbeing strategy, while also contributing as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. Previously, Rob founded RBC Human Capital Group and held senior positions at KPMG, Keurig Dr Pepper, and ConocoPhillips, leading high-impact total rewards programs and M&A activities. Rob is pursuing a Master of Science in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Manitoba.
