Rob Foster is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership roles within the tax and advisory sectors. Currently, Rob serves as Principal and Vice Practice Leader of Personal Property as well as Principal and SVP of Tax as a Service at Ryan since January 2023. Prior to this, Rob was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Commercial Officer at Paradigm Tax Group from March 2016 to January 2023. Rob also held the position of Executive Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing and US Operations at Altus Group from November 2012 to March 2016. Earlier roles include Director positions at Thomson Reuters and Deloitte, Executive Vice President at Burr Wolff, and Account Executive at Marvin F. Poer & Company. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Organizational Change from The University of Texas at Dallas.
