Robert Fey has extensive experience in commercial real estate, particularly in the valuation of data centers. Currently serving as Director at Ryan since August 2022, Robert transitioned from the role of Senior Manager, focusing on data centers in the DMV region. Prior experience includes serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Prince William County from September 2019 to August 2022, specializing in data center valuation for tax purposes. Robert also worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Fairfax County Government from July 2017 to August 2019, where a novel valuation model for data center properties was designed and implemented. Additionally, experience includes a role in Real Estate Assessment at Loudoun County Government from 2011 to 2017. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western Governors University.
