Rojee Gunaratne

Rojee Gunaratne is a professional with extensive experience in the real estate and business development sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Global Clients & Markets at Ryan since January 2025, Rojee previously held roles at Altus Group, including Manager of Sales Operations and various positions in sales and business development. Prior experience includes being a Research Analyst at CBRE and an intern at Colliers International. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management with a focus on Real Estate Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia. Rojee has demonstrated leadership in various student organizations, including as President of the Ryerson Sri Lankan Student Alliance and as a committee member at the Ryerson Students' Union.
