Ryan Chance

Ryan Chance, CMI, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Property Tax Commercial at Ryan, a position held since February 2022, after advancing from Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience at Hillwood over nearly eleven years, progressing from Senior Property Tax Accountant to Property Tax Manager and finally to Senior Manager, Property Tax. Ryan also contributed to the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce as a board member from January 2018 to December 2020 and worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax, LLP from September 2009 to September 2011. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
