Ryan Lobato

Ryan Lobato serves as the Vice President of Cybersecurity, Data Governance, and Technology Law at Ryan since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading the global legal strategy for privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance within a $1B+ multinational SaaS and services enterprise. Lobato also oversees regulatory compliance, incident response, and data risk across U.S. operations, and is a member of the InfraGard National Members Alliance. Prior experience includes roles at Raytheon as Digital Technologies Counsel and at ExxonMobil as Data Protection Counsel, with a foundational position as a Patent Attorney at Conley Rose, P.C. Ryan Lobato holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
