Scott Crisler

Scott Crisler serves as the Director of Property Tax Complex at Ryan since December 2023. Prior to this role, Scott accumulated over two decades of experience at DCP Midstream, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Tax Manager for Ad Valorem and Sales & Use taxes, managing compliance and operational risk for a substantial budget. Previous positions at DCP involved leading teams in areas such as Joint Venture & Partnership Accounting, SEC and Management Reporting, Corporate Consolidations, and Controls & Operations Accounting. Scott also held the role of Assistant Controller for the Aggregates Division at Aggregate Industries UK and worked as Assistant Vice President at Vectra Bank Colorado, focusing on commercial credit proposals and customer relationship management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 1994.
