Simon Cronk

Simon Cronk is a highly motivated Chartered Surveyor and Director at Ryan, specializing in property tax, asset management, and regeneration across public, voluntary, and private sectors. With a forty-year career, Simon has cultivated extensive experience in asset management, including business rates appeals and marine property assessments, while operating at senior levels in various organizations. Notable achievements include preparing an estate management strategy for Dartington Hall Trust and leading regeneration projects with Sutton Harbour Holdings. After a brief hiatus sailing the Mediterranean, Simon returned to Altus Group before joining Ryan. Simon holds a BSc in Valuation & Estate Management from UWE Bristol.
