Susan M. Young has extensive experience in administrative and incentive compensation roles. Currently serving as a Specialist in Team Incentive Compensation at Ryan since February 2013, Susan has previously held the position of Executive Assistant to two Principals within the Sales and Use Tax practice, where responsibilities included managing client documentation and scheduling. Prior to Ryan, Susan worked at Red Hawk Fire & Security, LLC from February 1994 to November 2012, progressing through various roles such as Administration Manager and Project Administrator, with responsibilities ranging from processing sales orders to managing vendor relationships and credit collections. Susan holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from St. Mary's University.
