Suzanne Hood

Suzanne Hood is a seasoned property tax consultant with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Senior Manager of Property Tax Commercial at Ryan since January 2023. In this role, Suzanne oversees the property tax appeal process, focusing on valuation analysis, negotiating settlements, attending hearings, and supporting litigation efforts, while also leading various local and national property tax consulting engagements. Prior to joining Ryan, Suzanne was a Managing Consultant at Paradigm Tax Group from June 2016 until its acquisition by Ryan. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Property Tax for Gwinnett County Government from 2005 to June 2016 and as Store Manager at PetSmart from 1993 to 2004. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona.
