Todd Heinrichs

Todd Heinrichs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property tax operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Complex Properties at Ryan since December 2022, Todd previously held the position of Principal at Katmai Holdings LLC since February 2006. His prior experience includes Senior Director of Complex Operations at Paradigm Tax Group from May 2018 to December 2022, where oversight of nationwide property tax operations was provided. Todd also held executive roles at Ernst & Young LLP, leading West Region property tax services and managing the Complex Properties Segment of the National Property Tax Practice between 2011 and 2018. Additional roles at Thomson Reuters, Deloitte, North Slope Borough, and the Municipality of Anchorage further underscore Todd's expertise in the field. Todd holds a B.B.A in Business Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, earned between 1985 and 1989.
