Tom Flowers

Tom Flowers is a Director of Complex Property Tax at Ryan, having started in 2025. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Senior Director of Property Tax at NextEra Energy, Inc. from 1999 to 2024, and held positions including Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen and Property/Sales Tax Professional at Knight Ridder Shared Services, Inc. Tom was also the President of FUTMA from 2009 to 2011. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1993.
