Tony Gulotta

Tony Gulotta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax law and financial audits. Currently serving as Principal and Practice Leader of National Tax at Ryan since September 2020, Gulotta also leads the NYC office. Previously, Gulotta was a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP, where focus was on complex indirect tax projects for various industries. As the Managing Partner and founder of Gulotta Law Group, PC, Gulotta provided litigation services primarily to telecommunications clients. Additionally, as the Managing Member of Focused Business Solutions, LLC, Gulotta transitioned from business valuations to reverse sales tax audits. Early career experiences include serving as Chief of Internal Review for the United States Property and Fiscal Office in Pennsylvania and as an Officer in the US Army, where various leadership roles were undertaken. Tony Gulotta holds a JD from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, an MS in Business Administration from Boston University, and a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
