Vinay Reddy Aila is a Senior Director of Business Excellence, currently leading a team of over 180 professionals at Ryan. With a strong background in reducing client tax burdens and identifying substantial value opportunities, they have played a pivotal role in various US Tax initiatives. Previously, Vinay served as an Associate Director at KPMG Global Services and held multiple positions at Ryan, including Director of US Tax & BPI. They hold a Master of Commerce in Finance from Osmania University and are passionate about technology, efficiency improvements, and community service, having held leadership roles within Ryan's Community Outreach Committee.
