Zachary Fleming

Zachary Fleming is a seasoned property tax professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate property tax consulting. Currently serving as Principal and Director of Property Tax Services at Ryan since January 2013, Zachary leads tax consulting efforts in the Austin, San Antonio, South Texas, and Hill Country regions. Prior to this role, Zachary worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Manager in Property Tax Services, focusing on diverse property types including golf facilities and commercial land. Experience at Ad Valorem Analysts as Director of Golf Properties further solidified expertise in property tax consultation, particularly for golf course properties. Earlier in career, Zachary held the position of General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Sun West Investments. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
