Mark Duffy is an experienced talent and human resources leader with over 18 years in multinational environments and a strong focus on technology-driven startups across the UK, Ireland, France, Poland, and Spain. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Ryanair since December 2015, Mark previously held roles such as Deputy Director HR - Head of Talent and EMEA Talent Manager at Hertz. Mark's career also includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Alexander Mann Solutions and Recruitment Manager at IT Alliance, as well as senior roles within Aston Carter International. Mark holds an LLB in Law and French from Sheffield Hallam University and a Maitrise en Droit Francais from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
