Richard Reilly

Richard Reilly serves as the General Manager of Operation South West Europe at Ryanair, overseeing airline operations across Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Morocco, and Luxembourg, with responsibility for up to 75 airports and 750 daily flights. Previously, Richard was the Regional Manager for Spain and Portugal, managing the expansion to 25 airports in Spain and 5 in Portugal, as well as the Base Manager who established Ryanair's first base in Spain. Richard's experience extends to coordinating ground handling operations and training team leaders across Europe, and Richard has held key roles in the establishment of handling services, HR management, and quality assurance for Azul Handling, which provides services to Ryanair. Additionally, Richard is the Managing Director of EAGLE AVIATION ENTERPRISE SL, offering consulting and management oversight for the Ryanair Group.
