Tom Drinkwater

Tom Drinkwater serves as the UK Engineering Manager at Ryanair and the UK General Manager for Aircraft Engineering Services (AES). With a strong background in aviation management, Tom oversees line operations for multiple locations and is responsible for maintenance planning and the coordination of engineering activities for numerous aircraft. Previous experience includes significant roles in the Royal Air Force, such as Engineering & Operations Manager for Chinook maintenance and various leadership positions managing teams of technicians charged with maintenance and operational support for military aircraft and equipment. Tom holds a Master of Engineering degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Southampton, along with additional qualifications in aerospace engineering and management.
