Neha Kumari has over seven years of professional experience. Neha began their career in 2014 as a Social Media Advisor at 24/7 Media Inc. In 2016, they joined Iron Mountain, where they held the roles of Fleet Operation and Senior Sales Operation Analyst. In their Senior Sales Operation Analyst role, they were responsible for providing support to the North American Sales Team by reducing the amount of non sales activities, maintaining a level of product knowledge, and managing tender and contract processes. In 2023, they joined BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst.

Neha Kumari has a diverse educational background. Neha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Karim City College Jamshedpur in 2013. Following this, they completed a P.G Diploma in Public Relation from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan in 2014. Neha also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Bangalore. Additionally, Neha Kumari obtained an Advanced excel certification from GITS Academy Training & Consulting Services in September 2021.
