Dorte Vestergaard Christensen

Dorte Vestergaard Christensen is an experienced leader in organizational development and educational management, currently serving as Organisationsudviklingschef at Rybners since February 2016. Dorte has held various positions within Rybners, including Afdelingschef for Tandklinik, Frisør, and Pædagogisk Udvikling EUD, as well as roles in pedagogical and digital development. Prior experience includes serving as a Folkeskolelærer at Bohrskolen afd. Fourfeldt from August 2005 to February 2016. Dorte's educational background includes multiple diplomas in leadership, organizational psychology, change management, and project management from UC SYD, culminating in a diploma of leadership expected in December 2023.
