Jarrod Schiding

Jarrod Schiding currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Rycon Construction, Inc., a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jarrod was with Kinsley Construction, Inc. from May 2005 to February 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of the commercial building division's Virginia business unit, focusing on strategic planning and business development across the Mid-Atlantic region. Jarrod began the career as an Estimator Project Coordinator, creating cost estimates for various design-build projects. Jarrod's internship experience includes project management at Southern Builders Inc. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Penn State University.
