Kristy Costa Rothermel

Kristy Costa Rothermel is an accomplished project manager and independent contractor with extensive experience in site operations and event administration. Currently serving as Project Manager and previously as Assistant Project Manager at Rycon Construction since May 2021, Kristy also owns TLB Event Productions, handling various aspects of event management. At Live Nation Entertainment, Kristy has worked as a Site Operations and Production Coordinator/Assistant since January 2011. Previous roles include Facility Coordinator at Stockton University, Operations Event Coordinator at Comcast-Spectacor, and Athletic Facility Operations Assistant at La Salle University. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from McDaniel College, a Master of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University, a K-12 Teacher Certification in Health & Physical Education from Rowan University, and an MBA from Stockton University.
