Thomas Kempf

Thomas Kempf has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career in 2000 at Esso Suedwest Mineraloelvertrieb GmbH as a Sales Assistant Credit Fuelcards and Technical Support. Thomas later became a Territory Manager Sales Credit Fuelcards. In 2002, they joined Franz Hoffmann Mineraloel-Vertrieb GmbH & Co. KG, where they held multiple roles such as Territory Manager Sales Lubricants/Chemicals/Fuels and Manager ESSO CARD Agency. From 2005 to 2020, they served as the Manager Sales tankpool24 and represented share @tankpool24 international. Thomas also held the position of Distributor Marketing & Quality Manager, ExxonMobil Lubricants. In 2013, they became the Vice Chairman & Member of the Advisory Board at SG BBM Bietigheim, a German Handball Bundesliga. Presently, Thomas Kempf is working at ryd, where they started as a Business Development ryd pay Germany before becoming the Head of Energy Network Europe.

Thomas Kempf obtained a Diploma of the Business Academy / Business Economist (VWA), with a focus on business and economics, personnel management, and controlling, from VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued Wholesale and Foreign Trade education from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Thomas has acquired several certifications including Projectmanagement from Management-Institut Dr. A. Kitzmann GmbH & Co. KG in November 2018, Data Security Officer from Franz Hoffmann Mineralöl-Vertrieb GmbH & Co. KG in November 2006, and Distributor Marketing & Qualitäts Manager from ExxonMobil Lubricants in an unspecified year. Thomas also received recognition awards from ExxonMobil in 2010 and 2016.
