Taylor Cohee

Taylor Cohee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, Taylor serves as a Board Member - Associate Vice President at the Builders Association of Northern Nevada since 2021. Previously, Taylor worked at Ryder Homes from 2014, where they held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing and also served as the General Manager of Ryder Homes Realty Inc. Under this role, Taylor focused on the Western United States market.

Before joining Ryder Homes, Taylor worked as a Managing Broker at BLACKLINE Realty from 2012 to 2014 and at Yellow Door Realty from 2010 to 2012. In 2008, Taylor gained entrepreneurial experience as a Franchise Owner of U-SWIRL Frozen Yogurt until 2010.

Moving further back in time, Taylor held multiple roles at Pacific West Companies, starting as a Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2006 and later becoming the Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2006 to 2010. Throughout their career, Taylor has showcased their skills in sales, marketing, management, and brokerage.

Taylor Cohee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, studying Marketing and Economics. In addition to their formal education, Taylor has acquired various certifications, including becoming a Real Estate Broker through the Nevada Real Estate Division in 2014 and the California Bureau of Real Estate in 2010. Taylor also holds certifications as a Certified Short Sale Resource from the California Real Estate Academy and a Certified HAFA Specialist from AssetPlanUSA, both obtained in 2011.
