Anna Milena Hardesty

Anna Milena Hardesty has over 36 years of work experience in the petroleum industry. Anna Milena has held various senior roles in companies such as Ryder Scott Co. LP, Hardesty & Associates, Santa Fe Energy Resources, Inc, Golden Engineering, Inc., Larry Martin and Associates, RTP Environmental Associates, and ExxonMobil. Their expertise includes evaluating and forecasting reserves and hydrocarbon volumes, coordinating and evaluating recoveries and production scheduling, analyzing data for oil field development projects, setting up new offices and coordinating workovers and drilling programs, and managing and engineering oil and gas fields. Anna Milena has worked with clients and projects in various countries including Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, North Sea, Germany, China, Oman, Nigeria, Angola, Australia, Brazil, and Russia.

Anna Milena Hardesty completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University from 1977 to 1981. Anna Milena further pursued their education at The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2000 to 2001.
