Jim Brown

Jim Brown has extensive experience in network operations, currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator at Ryder Scott Petroleum Consultants since October 1992. Responsibilities include supporting a range of technologies such as Dell/EMC storage solutions, Palo Alto firewalls, VMware virtual environments, Citrix mobile work environments, Cisco network switching, and Microsoft network services including Active Directory and DNS. Prior to this, Jim served in the US Navy from April 1986 to January 1992, where responsibilities included supporting computer mainframe systems aboard the USS Tarawa and managing PC networks at a U.S. base. Jim Brown is an alumnus of the High School for the Engineering Professions, graduating in 1985.
